Question from Jase @dormousejason - What editing software do you use? Do you create the motion graphic elements yourself?
Answer - I am currently using Final Cut Pro on an iMac. I also have previous experience using Premiere Pro on windows based PC and laptops. I often look back at my early days working on my showreel using a 13inch laptop, and think how did I manage to edit at all.
When I first started working on PublicAgent.com I was given the opportunity to create the pre-roll and end slate for the PublicAgent tube videos. This was a great challenge and I remember working all night to develop the video wall type pre-roll for PublicAgent.
Once I have an idea in my mind I like to run with it while it's fresh in my head. So when I started working on this pre-roll at approximately 6pm, I finally had the finished article exported and approved by 11am the next morning (without sleeping).
It's very pleasing to know that, this pre-roll has been seen HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS of times across the internet on some of the most popular tube sites on the internet including PornHub, YouPorn and RedTube.
I created the pre-roll using Apple Motion 4. It's very similar to Adobe After Effects that I had used before, so the learning curve was not very steep at all.
You can see the pre-roll on this PublicAgent tube video starring Ava Dalush, that has been viewed over TEN MILLION times.
